Mind over Matter is an interactive documentary that sheds light on black men's mental health concerns in America. Some of the topics that are mentioned are trauma, anxiety, depression, inequality, representation, therapy, and more.

Mind Over Matter was created to bring more awareness to the importance of black mental health & to showcase my video production skills. Also, the documentary was made for my capstone project that helped me to receive my Masters's degree from Elon University's iMedia program.
